Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an L1 Information Technology Desktop Support specialist for our client in Emmen, Netherlands. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for network administration, ensuring network security, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with network connectivity problems, and providing timely resolution to IT-related issues.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology and Network Security
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)
- Experience in an IT support role
On-site Role
Minimum ongoing monthly long-term contract (semi-permanent)
Location : Karlsruhe, Germany/Deutschland
Industry : Provided once passed screening interview
Must Speak Dutch B2 minimum and English at a good level
Must be Self-Employed/Freelancer/Umbrella Company
Salary: Confidential, will be negotiated within budget upon assessment after screening interview
