At Boat Bike Tours, we create unique cycling and sailing holidays across Europe. Our guests come mainly from the United States, Canada, Germany, and other European countries. As our new Performance Marketer, you’ll make sure these travelers find us online — and turn curiosity into bookings. You build campaigns that perform, analyze data to uncover opportunities, and make sure every marketing euro delivers results. Your focus: new leads — attracting, engaging, and converting new customers through smart, data-driven marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do
You’re responsible for the performance side of our marketing: from strategy to execution, from targeting to reporting.Your key tasks:
- Develop and optimize online ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Display, Meta Business Suite)
- Build and refine lead funnels, A/B tests, and retargeting campaigns
- Analyze and report on campaign performance (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Turn data insights into concrete improvements and growth actions
- Manage collaboration with agencies or external specialists
- Support SEO and conversion optimization for landing pages
- Implement new tools or automations (e.g. Zapier) to make campaigns smarter and more efficient
Your team
You’ll join the Boat Bike Tours marketing team — a motivated group of professionals with a mix of strategic thinkers, creative storytellers, and international marketers. Together, we work toward one goal: inspiring travelers from around the world to discover Europe by boat and bike.We collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, customer care, and product development. There’s plenty of room for your ideas, and your input truly matters — whether it’s a new campaign concept, test setup, or a creative partnership.
What We’re Looking For
You’re analytical, curious, and focused on results. You love testing, learning, and optimizing — and while you enjoy working with data, you always think from the customer’s perspective.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance marketing or online advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio
- Fluent in English
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven

- A salary between € 3460 and € 5400 based on experience (full-time)
