We're hiring: Growth & Marketing Manager - Amsterdam (on-site) 🌱
At Grovero, we build smart microfarms that let chefs and conscious consumers grow fresh herbs, microgreens and edible flowers on-site, right in their kitchen.
Our product, MiniGro, is already used in restaurants, corporate kitchens and homes across Europe. We’re a small, ambitious team based in Amsterdam, and we’re growing.
We’re hiring our first dedicated marketing person. Someone who can help us build Grovero’s marketing across CRM, content, paid social, and conversion, while working closely with our CEO and the rest of the team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial side of marketing. One day you may be building a reactivation campaign in the CRM, the next briefing content, visiting a customer kitchen, improving a landing page, or helping turn a case study into ads and social content.
What you’ll work on
- CRM campaigns and lead reactivation
- Outbound and email flows (Pipedrive, Lemlist or similar tools)
- Paid social, primarily Meta / Instagram
- Customer stories, testimonials, and social proof
- Content planning and coordination, including briefing interns or freelancers on shoots, reels, and posting
- Newsletters, lead nurturing, and email campaigns
- Exhibitions and trade shows, from preparation to follow-up
- SEO and organic growth over time
- Reporting and performance tracking
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or small company
- Dutch and/or German speaker
- Comfortable working hands-on across different parts of marketing
- Experience with paid social, especially Meta Ads
- Comfortable with CRM and email marketing tools
- Strong commercially, but also with a good feel for content and storytelling
- You know how to turn ideas into action and keep things moving
- Based in or near Amsterdam, and able to work from the office regularly
