Digital Performance Marketing Manager – Fulltime - Amersfoort - Hybrid
Role overview
As Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize our digital performance marketing engine with a strong focus on new customer acquisition, SEA, and DTC growth. You will lead a team of channel specialists, collaborate closely with agencies, data, brand team and local markets, and translate insights into scalable performance strategies. This exciting role offers significant freedom to innovate, test, and scale new ideas within a highly competitive digital and DTC landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns with a focus on acquisition, revenue growth, and ROAS
- Drive and support SEA strategy and execution
- Guide daily and weekly performance across Paid Social, SEA and Affiliate, including spend decisions
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Align targets and performance expectations with EU markets
- Define performance strategy, quarterly priorities, and key growth opportunities
- Drive SEO and GEO strategy and execution
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Collaborate with Data teams on MMM, attribution, and incrementality
- Close alignment with the Brand advertising manager to secure a holistic full funnel strategy
- Lead and develop the performance marketing team (3 direct reports)
- Manage and challenge agencies on strategy, innovation, and delivery
What You Bring
- 7+ years of proven experience in digital performance marketing, with strong SEA and acquisition expertise
- Experience managing teams and working with performance agencies
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and measurement frameworks
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance execution and long-term growth
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
