HR Coordinator

Richmond, VA

12 months contract

Partner on a daily basis with Student & Grads recruiters to provide coordination support

Deliver systems based recruiting management for our Student & Grads recruiting team, including requisition management, scheduling, and offer creation.

Build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise

Support system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel.

Support ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Horizontal Operations team.

Assist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting, data pulls

Assist in ad hoc team projects and programs

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator role or at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products

At least 2 years of project management experience

At least 2 years of process management experience

Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data to support decisions

At least 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience with full lifecycle recruiting
