As Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating exceptional experiences for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Role:

Act as a strategic administrative partner to senior leadership, managing schedules, priorities, and key business activities
Coordinate high-profile meetings, presentations, events, and client-facing materials with precision and professionalism
Oversee travel arrangements, office operations, vendor relationships, and critical business logistics
Support employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, recruiting coordination, and people operations projects
Serve as a central point of coordination across technology, operations, and administrative functions to ensure business continuity

The Ideal Candidate:

5–7+ years of experience supporting executives, business leaders, or high-performing teams
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information appropriately
A proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
