As Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating exceptional experiences for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Role:
- Act as a strategic administrative partner to senior leadership, managing schedules, priorities, and key business activities
- Coordinate high-profile meetings, presentations, events, and client-facing materials with precision and professionalism
- Oversee travel arrangements, office operations, vendor relationships, and critical business logistics
- Support employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, recruiting coordination, and people operations projects
- Serve as a central point of coordination across technology, operations, and administrative functions to ensure business continuity
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting executives, business leaders, or high-performing teams
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information appropriately
