Prime Pizza is entering a new stage of growth, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the leadership teams needed to scale.
This role will focus primarily on full-cycle recruiting for restaurant leadership, field support, and selected home office roles. In the near term, the priority is execution: helping us fill critical manager-level roles with urgency, consistency, and strong judgment as we continue opening new locations.
This is not a high-volume hourly recruiting role. Our stores are responsible for hiring their own hourly team members. This role may help improve the process, consistency, and quality of hourly hiring over time, but it will not own or directly manage hiring for hourly non-management positions.
We’re looking for someone who can do more than post jobs and move candidates through a process. The right person will be a strong recruiting operator, a thoughtful hiring partner to leaders, and someone who can help bring structure to how we hire as the business grows. Over time, this role may expand into broader work tied to onboarding, internal mobility, and hiring process improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership Recruiting
- Own full-cycle recruiting for restaurant leadership roles, including General Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Kitchen Managers, and other manager-level openings
- Support hiring for field support and selected home office roles
- Partner with leaders to clarify role expectations, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates through outreach, referrals, networking, and job platforms
- Screen candidates for leadership capability, operational readiness, and alignment
- Manage interview coordination, feedback cycles, and offer process
- Maintain a clear, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
New Store Opening Support
- Support manager-level hiring tied to new store openings
- Help align hiring timelines with opening schedules and operational needs
- Partner with HR and Operations to maintain visibility into hiring progress and risks as growth accelerates
Hiring Process and Quality
- Help create a more consistent and scalable approach to leadership hiring
- Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and recruiting activity
- Identify patterns in candidate quality, sourcing gaps, offer declines, and hiring friction
- Surface misalignment in hiring expectations and recommend practical adjustments
- Help strengthen interview consistency and hiring standards across leaders
Future Growth of the Role
- Over time, this role may also contribute to:
- Onboarding and transition experience for leadership hires
- Internal mobility and succession planning support
- Hiring process improvements across teams
- Broader talent planning as Prime continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is strong in full-cycle recruiting and can manage searches end to end
- Balances urgency with sound judgment
- Communicates clearly and follows through consistently
- Builds trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates
- Is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Knows how to raise concerns and ask strong questions when expectations are unclear
- Understands the operational impact of hiring decisions
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Experience
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, field operations, or other high-growth environments
- Experience hiring manager-level or leadership roles
- Comfortable managing multiple open requisitions at once
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting metrics to manage pipeline health
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders or hiring managers
- Bonus if you’ve supported onboarding, internal mobility, or hiring process improvement
