Founding Marketing Lead
We're looking for a Founding Marketing Lead to join an ambitious, fast-growing preventive healthcare company at an early stage.
This is an opportunity to become one of the first commercial leaders within the company and play a defining role in building one of Europe's leading preventive healthcare platforms.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who enjoys building from scratch, understands digital growth inside and out, and is excited by the opportunity to create something with long-term impact.
The role initially offers a flexible equity-based structure, making it ideal for someone transitioning from a corporate career into entrepreneurship. Over time, the position is expected to evolve into a full-time (paid) leadership role as the company scales.
What you'll do
You'll own our marketing and growth function from strategy through execution, including:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
- Build and optimize digital acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Set up and manage paid acquisition campaigns with clear ROI targets
- Develop SEO and content strategies to drive long-term organic growth
- Build lifecycle marketing including email, CRM and retention campaigns
- Design and optimize conversion funnels across the customer journey
- Build dashboards and reporting to monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion and growth metrics
- Develop partnerships with influencers, creators and healthcare ambassadors
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to continuously improve customer acquisition and engagement
- Help build a scalable marketing organization as the company grows
Who we're looking for
You ideally have:
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or performance marketing
- Work(ed) at a high-performing company such as a leading startup, scale-up, MBB consultancy, Big Tech or consumer brand
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, e-mail & CRM, Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Marketing automation
- Experience building scalable acquisition funnels
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent understanding of branding and consumer marketing
- An entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to operate independently
- Excitement about healthcare, prevention and consumer health
- Ambition to help build a company over the long term
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD)
- Experience in healthcare, health tech or consumer wellness
- Experience working in a venture-backed startup or scale-up
- Experience managing influencer marketing and community building
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Looker Studio or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation
