Goldstone Associates has been retained to appoint a Chief Operating Officer for a confidential, capital-intensive industrial business entering a significant new phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the executive leadership team, this is a rare opportunity to shape the operational future of a business as it scales its production capability and strengthens the foundations for long-term growth.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the company's principal industrial operation, leading operational performance whilst overseeing a significant expansion programme.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the role will focus on building the systems, governance and organisational capability required to support future growth.
We're interested in speaking with executives who can demonstrate:
• Senior operational leadership within a complex industrial, manufacturing, process, energy or engineering environment.
• A proven track record of leading operational growth, expansion or transformation within capital-intensive businesses.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L accountability.
• Experience working with Boards, investors and executive stakeholders.
• The ability to build high-performing teams, embed operational excellence and lead through change.
