We are now looking for a motivated Financial Controller to join our international team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Assist financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in finance roles
- Mandatory experience in both audit (Big4 preferred) and industry/company-side finance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, in particular Oracle Netsuite, is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
