In a nutshell
We're looking for a B2B Growth Manager who will help grow Check through scalable partnerships and distribution channels. Think of partners such as mobility platforms, MaaS providers, employee mobility programs and resellers like NS Zakelijk, Shuttel and other mobility marketplaces.
Unlike traditional account management roles, this role is focused on building low-touch, high-output partnerships. We believe the best partnerships scale through strong propositions, seamless onboarding, smart automations and co-marketing. Not through constant face-to-face management.
You'll work closely with Product, Growth and Operations to improve the partner experience, launch new propositions and turn partnerships into meaningful sources of riders, trips and revenue.
The role.
As B2B Growth Manager, you'll own the growth of our partner ecosystem. Your goal is simple: make it easy for partners to bring riders to Check, and make those partnerships scalable.
You'll spend your time improving how Check is presented across partner channels, optimizing the onboarding experience for B2B users, launching co-marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities to grow usage through existing and new partnerships.
- Improve how Check is positioned and presented within partner platforms, apps and websites to maximize rider conversion.
- Build and continuously optimize the onboarding journey for B2B users coming through partners such as mobility platforms and employer mobility programs.
- Launch and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners that drive measurable rider acquisition and engagement.
- Create scalable partner playbooks, automated onboarding flows and self-service materials that reduce the need for manual partner management.
- Work with Product to improve integrations, partner experiences and B2B-specific propositions.
- Identify new distribution opportunities through MaaS platforms, mobility providers, employers, hotels, events and other strategic channels.
- Analyze partner performance and user behavior to improve acquisition, activation and retention.
- Turn successful partnership experiments into repeatable growth channels.
- Manage relationships with key partners when needed, but always with a focus on scalability and automation rather than high-touch account management.
After 12 months, you will have:
- Increased the number of rides and active users acquired through partner channels.
- Grown the number of active B2B / B23 users using Check through employer mobility programs, MaaS platforms and reseller partnerships.
- Improved the onboarding experience for B2B users, resulting in higher activation and conversion rates.
- Established repeatable partner playbooks and processes that allow new partnerships to be launched quickly and efficiently.
- Successfully launched multiple co-marketing initiatives that generated measurable rider growth.
- Built a scalable partnership engine that contributes meaningfully to Check's overall growth.
- Improved satisfaction among B2B users and partners through a better end-to-end experience.
Requirements.
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in growth, partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, channel marketing or business development.
- Experience working with marketplaces, mobility, SaaS, travel, technology or platform businesses is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of growth loops, acquisition channels and partnership-driven growth.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on.
- Comfortable working with data, CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
