W.DIGITAL is looking for a proactive and driven Advertiser Manager with at least 1 year experience within online marketing (preferably on the advertiser management side) to join our Performance Marketing team. Position Details
We offer a full-time position (40 hours/week) at our Amsterdam office (with at least one day of remote work per week). As an Advertiser Manager, you will be responsible managing and expanding our network of advertisers. Both agencies and direct clients. You’ll identify new growth opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure strong relationships that drive performance and profitability. Your goal: to develop high-quality advertiser partnerships and maximize ROI across all campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media partners.
- Actively recruit new advertisers and business opportunities through outreach, networking, and events.
- Negotiate commercial terms and performance goals with partners.
- Analyze traffic performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies and improve results.
- Represent W.DIGITAL at international affiliate and performance marketing conferences.
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record in account management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with international partners.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient in Excel (pivot tables, reporting).
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Flexible working attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
