A high-profile organization is seeking a polished, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide temporary maternity leave coverage supporting a very busy CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly visible role as a true right-hand partner to an executive leader. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting SVP-level or C-Suite executives and will be comfortable managing a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to anticipate needs while delivering exceptional executive support.
- Location: Calabasas, CA (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with flexibility)
- Duration: Mid-July through End of Year
- Pay Rate: $40/hou
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, serving as a trusted partner and key point of contact.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and shifting priorities.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Coordinate executive meetings, conference rooms, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior-level stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and administrative challenges.
- Support day-to-day executive operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting a CEO, C-Level executive, or Senior Vice President required.
- Strong background in executive calendar management and complex travel coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Professional presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working onsite in a high-profile executive support role.
