We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join Dr. Wolff, a leading German cosmetics and healthcare company. This is not a classic trainee program with endless rotations and no clear destination. Instead, this role starts with a structured onboarding phase at our headquarter in Bielefeld (Germany), followed by a long-term assignment in the Dutch market. It is designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and then take on an active role in building and supporting our commercial activities in Delft.

- get to know our headquarters and key interfaces
- understand our brands, processes and ways of working
- gain insights into different countries and business structures
- build the foundation for your future role in the Dutch market
After this first phase, you will move into the local role in Delft, where you will gradually take on responsibilities across:
- operational and administrative tasks
- sales support
- account-related topics
- customer coordination
- project ownership
- business development activities
Your profile
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who is motivated to learn quickly and grow with the role.
You could be a strong fit if you have:
- degree in business, international management, sales, marketing or a related field
- first practical experience through internships, working student roles or an entry-level position
- interest in sales, customer-related work and commercial processes
- a positive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
- willingness to start with operational tasks and develop into broader responsibility
- strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- willingness to relocate to Delft after the onboarding phase
- willingness to work 3 days per week on-site
