If you are an ambitious early-career sales professional looking for autonomy, development opportunities and the chance to make a visible impact, this role could be a great next step for you.
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales & Account Manager to join Dr. Wolff, a leading German cosmetics and healthcare company.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working hands-on, and wants to develop in sales and account management while being closely involved in the day-to-day business of a growing market.
Your role:
In this role, you will work closely with the Country Head and support the development of the business across a variety of topics. At the start, your role will be more focused on operational responsibilities. Nevertheless, you will immediately have commercial responsibilities with customer-facing tasks that will organically extend in the cause of time.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Support the development of our business in the Dutch & Belgian market
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and retail partners
- Support daily sales operations and administrative processes
- Coordinate customer-related topics and internal interfaces
- Assist with sales forecasting, analyses and account planning
- Work with marketing and trade marketing on customer-specific initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing
- Gradually take on more ownership in projects and customer-facing topics
Your profile
We are looking for potential and mindset rather than a fully finished profile.
You would be a great fit if you bring:
- around 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, retail, customer support or business development
- a positive and proactive attitude
- an interest in both commercial and operational topics
- a hands-on way of working
- good communication skills in Dutch and English
- willingness to work 3 days per week on-site in Delft
What we offer
We offer the chance to grow quickly in a role with broad exposure and real responsibility.
What you can expect:
- close collaboration with the Country Head and early ownership of projects
- strong brands, varied tasks and direct impact on the business
- a steep learning curve and the opportunity to grow into more customer-facing responsibilities over time
- an entrepreneurial, collaborative and hands-on culture with room to shape and contribute
- onboarding in Bielefeld (Germany), collaboration across different markets and opportunities for occasional business travel
- a vibrant co-working environment in Delft, 30 days of holiday, and a working model including home office and 3 days in a co-working space
