· Prepare quotations, manage orders and deliveries, and support overall sales activities
· Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing customer data and follow-ups
· Communicate with international clients via email, phone, and online meetings
· Communicate with Japanese headquarters and factories for sales coordination and delivery scheduling
· Propose ideas and improvements for sales activities
· Create presentation materials and sales reports
· Participate in international exhibitions, including planning, preparation and on-site support
We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and flexible, and who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, international environment.
· Business-level English(Japanese, Dutch, or other European language skills are plus)
· Experience in sales assistance or office administration(3+years preferred)
· Proven experience inB2B sales
· Professional, calm and well-presented demeanor
· Experience with CRM systems (e.g.,Saleseforce) is preferred
· Skilled in creating presentations and structured reports
· Interest or experience in trade shows an business events
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment
Experience in the maritime industry or manufacturing is not required.
We will provide through training on our products, industry, and essential sales knowledge after joining.
