Finance Systems Specialist is required to join a expanding OneStream environment that supports consolidation, reporting, budgeting and ESG/CSRD reporting functions.
Working within a small team, the successful candidate will provide advisory and support to a large international user group and have responsibilities for the functional management and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform.
Key responsibilities include supporting monthly group consolidation and reporting, maintaining data quality and reporting structures, and enhancing consolidation rules. The role also involves delivering financial analysis, forecasts, and variance insights to support decision-making.
Acting as a key link between Finance and IT, the position plays a visible role in aligning systems with business needs. The individual will proactively identify and implement process and system improvements across the finance function.
Required technical skills:
- Experience with OneStream (preferred) or similar EPM tools (Hyperion, SAP, Tagetik etc..)
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Experience with financial close cycles and group reporting
- Ability to manage data quality, validation rules, and reporting structures
- Solid Excel skills and familiarity with financial data analysis
- MUST have Dutch language skills
