Are you passionate about financial systems, data integrity, and driving smarter planning decisions? As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in managing financial tools, supporting reporting processes, and enabling strategic decision-making across Nike’s EMEA organization. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, optimize workflows, and improve financial planning capabilities.

What are you going to do?
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial systems administration and supporting planning and reporting processes across the business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administering and maintaining financial systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Managing and validating user access and system security in line with compliance standards
- Maintaining system documentation, work instructions, and procedures
- Providing user training and advanced support to power users across finance teams
- Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and financial statements
- Collaborating with finance, business, and franchise stakeholders to support long-term planning

What do we ask?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in financial planning or financial systems roles, ideally within FMCG
- Strong experience in financial systems administration, user security, and documentation
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Anaplan is a plus
- Experience with AI tools such as Copilot is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Independent, proactive team player able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
