Job Description
The Responsible GenAI squad drives the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions that enables the client to apply AI effectively in practice. These solutions enhance the customer journey, streamline data processing, answer internal staff queries and generate insights and reports to facilitate workflows. To accelerate innovation, the team also develops APIs that help other teams build GenAI solutions faster and more efficiently.
As Data Scientist, you will contribute to building, monitoring and optimizing the performance of GenAI solutions across diverse use cases within our client. You’ll be at the forefront of creating tools that tackle complex challenges, improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities. Your work will involve exploring topics such as responsible GenAI, performance monitoring, red teaming and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias.
Practical examples
- Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work;
- Be accountable for building responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers;
- Enabling the performance and monitoring of the reusable GenAI building blocks can be used by 100+ tech teams;
- Design and build responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions;
- Collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems.

Qualifications
Technical skills and experience:
- You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist;
- You have strong programming skills (software engineering experience is a plus) and are proficient in Python;
- You have a solid understanding of NLP and LLMs and experience in building Generative AI applications;
