The role
Own how our AI behaves in production, inside a Python and Django backend. Build LLM powered features and agents that are reliable enough to run in a live logistics operation.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM powered features: tool and function calling, structured outputs, multi turn context handling
- Build agents that call internal tools and APIs to act across the shipment cycle
- Implement reliability and guardrails: validation, retries, failure handling, hallucination mitigation
- Build evaluation and regression frameworks with task based success metrics
- Enforce per tenant data isolation and GDPR by design
What we look for
- Experience taking LLM systems to production, not just notebooks
- Strong Python, comfortable in Django and PostgreSQL
- Reliability, safety and data isolation as first class concerns
- Energized by moving fast with AI agents while keeping a high bar on what ships
- Pragmatic, domain first mindset
