InspereX is a growing financial services firm seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting employees, and creating exceptional employee and candidate experiences. You'll gain exposure to HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, recruiting, compliance, technology initiatives, and process improvement projects while partnering closely with senior HR leadership.

What You'll Do
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees, candidates, interns, and business partners.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Maintain HR systems, employee records, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support benefits administration, leave administration, and other HR processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, compliance activities, and special projects.
• Support HRIS administration, workflow improvements, and technology-driven initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support internship and campus recruiting initiatives.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations experience.
• Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a strong customer service mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies and systems.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and related technologies preferred. Paylocity experience a plus.
• Experience in financial services strongly preferred.
