We have recently launched our own product, Vizurio, which is an AI-powered SaaS platform that instantly converts raster images into clean, scalable vector graphics — eliminating the manual effort of digitising artwork for embroidery, apparel, and textile decoration. Built for promo industries, brands, and manufacturers who demand speed and precision.
With 100+ professionals across the Netherlands, Portugal, and Nepal, Javra delivers software solutions that combine European quality with the speed and efficiency of a globally distributed team. As we scale both Javra and Vizurio, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our digital growth — turning visibility into leads, and leads into lasting client relationships.
The Role
This role is about building a digital presence that delivers real business results. You will plan and execute campaigns across social media, search, and email to increase the visibility and brand awareness of both Javra and Vizurio — reaching the right audiences, in the right places, at the right time. You will wear two hats: creator and converter. You will write compelling content, manage campaigns, and run the digital channels. But you will also own the full funnel — attracting prospects, converting them into qualified leads, and nurturing those leads into paying customers. You are not hired to post content only but to generate leads to drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the digital marketing function independently — setting the direction, building the strategic plans, and taking full ownership of execution across both Javra and Vizurio.
Brand Awareness & Campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence for Javra and Vizurio across all digital channels — website, LinkedIn, other social media, emerging AI tools, and email.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google, and email — ensuring every campaign has a clear goal, audience, and measurable outcome.
- Ensure all campaigns are conversion-focused, driving awareness into action and action into revenue.
Content & Communications
- Write and publish engaging blog posts that position Javra and Vizurio as credible voices in the industry.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters to keep the team informed and aligned, and external newsletters to keep clients and prospects engaged.
- Produce clear, compelling content for landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and product updates.
Website Management
- Own and manage the Javra and Vizurio websites — keeping content fresh, accurate, and optimised for search engines.
- Identify and implement improvements to user experience, page performance, and lead capture.
AI Tools & Innovation
- Actively explore and use emerging AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of marketing output — from content creation to campaign optimisation.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring new ideas and approaches to the table proactively.
Reporting & Performance
- Track and report on key metrics — traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and revenue contribution — on a regular basis to the CEO.
- Use data to make informed decisions, continuously improving what works and quickly dropping what does not.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in B2B digital marketing with proven lead generation and revenue contribution.
- Comfortable owning the commercial conversation — from first contact to signed contract.
- Hands-on with SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and CRM tools, and knowledge of emerging Marketing AI tools.
- Strong English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
- Self-starter mindset — you take ownership and deliver results without being told how.
