We are looking for someone who can work independently, exercise good judgment, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

You will work directly with business owners, managers, employees, job applicants, and government agencies across multiple industries. You will have direct exposure to business owners across multiple industries and play an active role in helping growing businesses solve real-world workforce and operational challenges.
One day you may be processing payroll for a restaurant. The next day you may be coordinating interviews for a medical practice, responding to an unemployment claim, onboarding a new employee, reviewing labor costs, or helping a client solve an operational challenge. No two days are the same.

- Independently manage recurring HR and administrative responsibilities
- Handle employee support requests
- Complete payroll preparation with minimal supervision

Requirements
- 2+ years of payroll, HR, operations, bookkeeping, office management, or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Ability to learn new software quickly
