Responsibilities
- Provide EUC and Desktop Support to end users
- Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage IT assets and maintain inventory records
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution
- Support onsite IT infrastructure activities
