About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support multiple strategic client groups across North America. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering high-impact HR partnership across organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with the ability to influence leaders and drive business outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with General Managers and Sales Leadership to support organizational design, workforce and salesforce planning, succession strategy, and talent pipeline development.
- Lead talent development initiatives for frontline leaders and sales managers, including leadership coaching, development programs, and succession planning efforts.
- Support sales force effectiveness through onboarding strategies, ramp-up programs, and incentive compensation alignment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on compensation and rewards initiatives, employee engagement strategies, culture-building efforts, and organizational change management activities, including mergers, acquisitions, systems implementations, and business realignments.
- Leverage HR and business analytics — including turnover, attrition, engagement, succession health, and sales ramp metrics — to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong experience in talent development, workforce planning, sales support, and employee relations
- Familiarity with sales incentive compensation design and administration
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational effectiveness across multiple business functions
