We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onsite IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, networking, meeting room technologies, and end-user services in a dynamic onsite environment.
Responsibilities
• Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users.
• Install, configure, and decommission laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Perform data migration and device deployment support.
• Manage inventory and stock of IT equipment.
• Provide networking support, including patching and troubleshooting.
• Support printers (toner/drum replacement and vendor coordination).
• Assist with audio/video conference room support.
• Coordinate with global IT teams for remote support and site-level projects.
• Support lab and manufacturing environments.
• Provide high-priority IT support to senior stakeholders and management.
• Handle IT asset disposal and recycling processes.
What you bring
• MBO degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience supporting lab and tool PCs is a plus.
• Hands-on mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
