Location: Nijmegen, Netherlands (Full time on-site)

Our client are an international semiconductor company.
Responsibilities:
Work on Incidents, Service Requests & Assist VIP Support and global IT teams with
problems, Onboardings- and Off-Boarding Activities, Remote Support Coordination,
Inventory Management
Networking support such as Patching and Debugging.
Interact with end-users for requests\incidents and follow up with users via teams\mail.
Hardware repair support including offer request & data migration support.
Printer support (Toner/Drum/Wastebin replacement) & repair support (call vendor and
support technician).
Installing and decommissioning of hardware (laptops, desktops).
Handling all IT waste disposal.
Requirements:
MBO degree
Should have experience in 1st and 2nd line support for at least 2 years.
Customer Friendly
Dutch and English speaking
Experience in supporting Lab- & tool-pc’s is a pre
