Investment Banking Analyst – Amsterdam (On-site)
Join a leading boutique advisory firm with a strong transatlantic focus, advising clients across North America and Europe on transactions of up to $1bn. The team combines high-quality execution with deep sector expertise in transport, logistics, and infrastructure.
What you will do:
- Work on M&A transactions from pitch to execution, including buy-side and sell-side mandates
- Support financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction process management.
- Prepare client presentations and support live deal execution
- Work closely with senior team members and gain broad advisory exposure
What you will need:
- 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or a related transactional role
- Strong analytical skills and solid Excel and PowerPoint ability.
- Fluent English, additional language skills are a plus
- Interest in transport, logistics, and infrastructure sectors
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in the Netherlands required
