Investment Banking Analyst – Amsterdam (On-site)

Join a leading boutique advisory firm with a strong transatlantic focus, advising clients across North America and Europe on transactions of up to $1bn. The team combines high-quality execution with deep sector expertise in transport, logistics, and infrastructure.

What you will do:

Work on M&A transactions from pitch to execution, including buy-side and sell-side mandates
Support financial analysis, valuation work, and transaction process management.
Prepare client presentations and support live deal execution
Work closely with senior team members and gain broad advisory exposure

What you will need:

0–2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or a related transactional role
Strong analytical skills and solid Excel and PowerPoint ability.
Fluent English, additional language skills are a plus
Interest in transport, logistics, and infrastructure sectors
EU citizenship or valid right to work in the Netherlands required
