Marketing Manager who combines analytical thinking with strong execution skills.

This is not a purely branding-focused position. It is about
lead generation, funnel performance, analytics, conversion optimization, and
execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and lead generation processes
- Generate high-quality MQLs for sales and regional teams
- Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
- Create and maintain sales & marketing materials: pitch decks, landing pages, presentations and promo kits
- Launch regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
- Maintain accurate CRM and funnel data
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
- Hands-on experience with funnels, lead generation, and analytics
- Understanding of B2B or B2B2C marketing
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Structured, organized, and data-driven mindset
