Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University degree and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Enterprise Applications Operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 end-user computing environments
- Experience with ITSM frameworks, with ITIL Foundation certification considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Configuration Manager, endpoint security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, and SCCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support continuous service improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and communicate fluently in English
