Your Role
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle in our perishables division. You will identify and contact potential clients, arrange meetings, and lay the groundwork for successful business relationships. Your role is crucial in building our client base and creating opportunities for our perishables logistics solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Identifying and contacting potential clients in the perishables sector
- Scheduling and conducting initial meetings with prospective clients
- Qualifying leads and identifying client needs
- Maintaining an active pipeline of prospects
- Coordinating with the Business Development team for qualified opportunities
- Recording all activities and maintaining the CRM system
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or perishables sector
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
