We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist on a contract basis to join our team.
Experience in Retail, eCommerce, CPG or creative industries is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage Payroll for US and UK populations.
- Facilitate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable laws like FMLA and manage Leaves for both a US and UK population.
- Support employee orientation sessions and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional development and performance improvement.
- Work with a PEO Platform for data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting purposes.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism, managing conflict resolution and ensuring adherence to employment & labor law standards.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment & labor law regulations.
- Proven experience with TriNet, ADP, etc
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage benefits administration processes and payroll systems like TriNet, ADP, etc
- Skilled in employee orientation, evaluation processes, performance management, training & development programs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Experince being a HR department of one.
