We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing outstanding administrative and coordination support. This is a coordinator-level opportunity and not a recruiter role.
- $29.00 – $32.00/hour + Overtime Eligible
Responsibilities: - Support multiple Recruiters with job postings on company career sites
- Coordinate and schedule complex interviews including:
- Phone interviews
- Zoom/Microsoft Teams interviews
- Onsite interviews
- Candidate travel arrangements when needed
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Complete background checks and onboarding documentation
- Send New Hire Announcements to hiring leaders
- Provide onboarding instructions and support to new hires
- Maintain HR systems and recruiting data including Workday, SAP, and requisition reporting tools
- Ensure completion of all onboarding activities including:
- Orientation travel
- Background checks
- New hire paperwork
- Welcome communications
- Prepare and distribute recruiting and hiring metrics reports
- Manage online resume databases and maintain accurate applicant information
- Assist with special projects and team initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook scheduling, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships
- Comfortable interacting with multiple levels of leadership
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related coordinator experience
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to gather information
- Experience supporting recruiting operations, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
Education Requirements:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
