Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Handle ticketing systems and incident management
• Support users with IT-related queries and requests
• Ensure timely resolution and excellent user experience
Requirements:
• Experience in EUC / L1 Support role
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Breukelen
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands
