Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in New York, NY. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full life-cycle recruiting to identify, assess, and hire talent for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing hiring strategies to meet organizational goals. Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate experience are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring practices, with a track record of identifying top talent
- Strong Interviewing and communication skills, with the ability to assess candidates effectively and foster engaging conversations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR-related technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
