About the Job
As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a foundational role in building the systems and processes that power recruiting at Odoo. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to create structure, improve coordination, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.
Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations & Process Support
- Partner with Recruiting, HR, and Operations to support smooth and consistent recruiting processes as the team scales
- Help maintain structure across scheduling, candidate communication, interview logistics, and recruiting coordination
- Work across our ATS, Google Calendar, Discord, text, and other tools to support day-to-day recruiting operations efficiently
- Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline hygiene, and data integrity across systems
- Assist with recruiting dashboards, reporting, and operational tracking to help improve pipeline visibility
- Flag process inefficiencies or gaps and partner with the team on practical improvements
Job Board & Recruiting Support
- Support job posting execution across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Help monitor job posting performance and support adjustments to improve candidate flow and lead quality
- Assist with top-of-funnel recruiting efforts, including disqualification question management, referrals, and sourcing coordination
- Track recruiting sources and support reporting on funnel effectiveness as needed
Assessment & Team Support
- Support candidate assessment administration by tracking submissions, maintaining evaluation data, and ensuring hiring teams have the information they need
- Help maintain SOPs, templates, and recruiting documentation to keep processes organized and scalable
- Provide support on recruiting projects, process updates, and operational initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong systems thinker who enjoys creating processes, structure, and operational efficiency
- Experience improving workflows, reporting, or recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, and learning new systems and tools quickly
- Strong communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
- Proactive, resourceful, and energized by solving problems and improving how teams operate
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-volume recruiting coordination, people operations, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience building or improving processes and workflows

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$75,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
