Project focus
This is an M365 / IT Support Consultant position focused on first- and second-line internal IT support. The role is heavily focused on day-to-day onsite IT support for local employees. The client needs someone hands-on with device setup, user support, onboarding/offboarding, access management and general Microsoft environment support.
Desired Skills and Experience
* 1-4 years IT support experience
* Strong Microsoft 365 experience
* Intune experience
* Experience supporting both Windows and Mac devices
* Previous first/second line support experience
* Experience handling IT tickets and user support
* Comfortable working onsite with end users
* Able to work independently in a small office environment
* Basic networking/VPN/firewall troubleshooting exposure
* Strong communication skills
Language Skills:
* English (business fluent)
* Dutch (nice to have)
