Job SummaryThe International Key Account Manager – Pan Europe is responsible for managing strategic international key accounts across Europe, driving regional business development, and strengthening partnerships with major customers and mobility stakeholders in alignment with the company’s European growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strategic key account relationships across European markets.Lead commercial negotiations, framework agreements, and long-term cooperation projects with international clients.Coordinate cross-country sales activities and customer programs.Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Europe.Collaborate with local country teams, dealers, and headquarters to ensure consistent customer management and service delivery.Monitor key account performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Conduct market intelligence analysis and competitor benchmarking.Support product launches, fleet tenders, and regional mobility projects.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations to management.Support additional European regional projects as assigned by management.Complete other tasks and assignments arranged by supervisors and management.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Automotive Management, or related fields.Minimum 7 years of experience in international automotive sales or key account management.Experience managing pan-European customers or multinational accounts is highly preferred.Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.Deep understanding of European automotive market dynamics and fleet business.Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.High level of business travel flexibility across Europe.
