Job SummaryThe Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for developing fleet sales business, key fleet customer relationships, leasing company cooperation, and B2B sales growth in the Netherlands market, while supporting European regional fleet business initiatives as assigned by management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement fleet sales strategies for corporate customers, leasing companies, rental companies, and mobility providers.Identify and acquire new fleet customers and business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and fleet partners.Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet industry developments.Coordinate with dealers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Achieve fleet sales targets and profitability objectives.Support European regional fleet projects and cross-border business opportunities when required by management.Prepare regular business reports and sales forecasts.Complete other tasks and assignments arranged by supervisors and management.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of fleet sales or B2B automotive sales experience.Strong network within leasing companies, fleet customers, or mobility sectors is preferred.Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are advantageous.Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Europe.
