This is an opportunity for a technically curious graduate to work across support, infrastructure, automation, networking and internal systems - gaining exposure well beyond a traditional helpdesk role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of people, tooling and infrastructure, helping keep the business running while improving the systems behind it. One day you might be setting up a new joiner, the next automating a manual process, improving Wi-Fi performance, or solving a wider infrastructure challenge.
If you enjoy problem solving, building smarter systems, and understanding how technology works behind the scenes, this role is a strong foundation for a career in infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps or security.
What You’ll Do
You’ll get hands-on experience across modern IT and digital infrastructure, including:
Support & Infrastructure
- Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software and workplace technology
- Help maintain office connectivity, Wi-Fi, meeting room systems and device setups
- Support hardware deployment and occasional hands-on networking or physical setup
Systems & Tooling
- Set up devices, access and tooling for new joiners
- Help manage and improve platforms such as Google Workspace and other SaaS tools
- Support security basics including access management and endpoint administration
Automation & Improvement
- Automate onboarding, offboarding and internal processes
- Improve repetitive workflows through scripting and smarter tooling
- Help make systems more reliable, scalable and user-friendly
Problem Solving
- Be a go-to technical problem solver across the business
- Troubleshoot issues and help rethink clunky or inefficient processes
- Contribute ideas that improve how the company operates as it grows
What We’re Looking For
We care more about curiosity and technical potential than years of experience.
You might be a recent graduate in Computer Science, IT or a related field, with interest in systems and infrastructure.
You may have:
- Familiarity with macOS, Windows or Linux
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
- Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Interest in cloud, systems administration, DevOps or security
- Experience with MDM or SaaS administration (a bonus)
You’ll likely be:
- Curious about how systems work under the hood
- Proactive about improving inefficient processes
- Comfortable solving problems and getting hands-on when needed
- Helpful, collaborative and eager to learn fast
Why This Role Is Different
- Broader exposure than a typical support role
- Real ownership early in your career
- Hands-on experience across support, infrastructure and automation
- A pathway into Systems Engineering, DevOps or Security as you grow
