We are recruiting an immediate opportunity for an IT Service Engineer to join an MSP firm in Amsterdam onsite, supporting hotel and hospitality clients.
- Immediate start, €45,000 - 55,000 perm or contract pending references and right to work confirmation.
To be considered for this job you must currently be based in the Amsterdam area, hold the right to work, and be able to drive (some travel to other sites). You must have a good standard of Dutch and English.
To plug-in and play, the preference is for someone with a background in hotels, or possibly hospitality or retail coming from an IT / ICT MSP or Microsoft Partner firm.
The hiring client is a growing MSP Consulting business. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner & Microsoft Expert Partner. They have a warm, friendly and collegiate culture with a client-first approach to their work.
This can be a permanent employed staff role, or possibly a contractor.
Working as part of the team as a Technology Lead, you'll provide support to stakeholders and users in a live hotel environment, including:
Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud, Wi-Fi, POS integrations (e.g. Oracle or similar) and guest-facing troubleshooting.
You'll need good client-facing skills, with tact, patience and diplomacy when supporting non-technical stakeholders!
