We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Operations Coordinator to join a Threat Research, Response, and Analysis Center (TRRAC). This role supports cyber threat intelligence, incident response, and operational coordination across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end incident operations including tracking, documentation, and lessons learned
- Act as Communication Liaison during cyber incidents and deliver executive-level reports
- Ensure adherence to Incident Response Plans and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop knowledge articles and process documentation
- Lead and support technical projects, track progress, and drive execution
- Develop training materials, reports, and presentations for global audiences
Required Skills:
- Experience in incident management, cybersecurity operations, or crisis communication
- Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-61, ISO 27001/2
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially executive reporting
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Nice to Have:
- Security+ or other cybersecurity certifications
- Exposure to threat intelligence or SOC environments
- Interest in AI tools and prompt engineering
