We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator / People Operations Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas. In this contract position, you will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team while ensuring a seamless and efficient employee experience.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support HR compliance efforts by monitoring and enforcing adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address HR-related inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Utilize Paylocity and other HR systems to process employee data, track changes, and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and updates.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management, to support HR operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Proven experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Paylocity, and proficiency in data entry.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and employment regulations.
• Ability to manage candidate screening processes and related documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Proficient in using computer systems and HR-related software.
