IT Support Engineer
Location: Tilburg (fully onsite)
Duration: ASAP until end of September
Contract type: Secondment (detachering)
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide temporary support for one of our clients. In this role, you will be part of the helpdesk team and play a key role in handling daily IT support requests. You will ensure the continuity, efficiency, and quality of IT services while delivering a high level of support to end users.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users with Microsoft 365 applications, and maintaining IT systems and environments. You will work closely with colleagues to resolve incidents, manage service requests, and contribute to the overall improvement of IT support processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or Helpdesk Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with: windows, microsoft 365, hardware and end user devices, Active Directory, virtual desktops, and ticketing systems.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles
- A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
