Data and AI Specialist (Business Facing)
Amsterdam, Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite, 1 year fixed term contract

You will play a visible role in shaping how AI is adopted across commercial functions, owning practical use cases that deliver real business value rather than theoretical experimentation.

The Role
You will act as the bridge between commercial operations and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable Data and AI solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, prioritising and delivering AI use cases aligned to commercial objectives
- Working closely with stakeholders across commercial operations to shape requirements and manage expectations
- Translating business problems into clear briefs for engineering and data teams
- Driving AI literacy, adoption and best practice across non technical audiences
- Supporting workflow automation and productivity improvements using AI driven tools
- Balancing hands on delivery with longer term AI strategy and roadmap development
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Hands on experience delivering Data and AI solutions in a business facing environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and non technical teams
- Experience working with NLP, LLMs, machine learning or deep learning approaches
- Practical Python experience and exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Confidence translating abstract commercial needs into executable technical outcomes
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n is beneficial
- Exposure to marketing or commercial domains and an agile or product mindset is advantageous
