The Role
- Design, develop and deploy AI driven solutions across business processes, including predictive analytics, automation and personalisation
- Work closely with cross functional teams to identify high value AI use cases and integrate solutions into existing systems
- Build and maintain machine learning and LLM based models with a focus on accuracy, reliability and scalability
- Develop workflow automations to drive productivity improvements across the organisation
- Monitor, optimise and maintain AI systems in production environments
- Contribute to AI foundations such as code templates, infrastructure configurations, prompt repositories and best practice documentation
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance and ethical AI standards
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical adoption strategies
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in applied AI and machine learning
- Hands on expertise across machine learning, deep learning and NLP or LLM based solutions
- Experience building AI workflow automations using tools such as n8n or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Python, dotnet or comparable programming languages
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Analytical, problem solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
