Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Human Resources Officer located in New York, NY. The Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligning with company objectives. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing talent management processes, driving performance management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals. The role also requires collaborating with senior leadership to foster a positive work environment and provide strategic HR guidance to support business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including development and implementation of HR strategies
- Expertise in HR Policies and knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and ability to foster a positive workplace culture
- Experience in Talent Management, including recruitment, development, and retention of top talent
- Proven ability in Performance Management and aligning employee goals with organizational objectives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment
