- Experience in account management, partnership management or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the creator economy, video, media or entertainment industry with an understanding of the creator landscape.
- Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role along with customer support, business, or relationship development.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proven track record of building relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation of small and large events, writing and delivery.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,500-$103,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with a Top Creator partnerships lead to create a new workstream within our tentpole creator engagements with the goal of modernizing talent selections and deepening talent pool.
- Identify and vet creators across social media platforms who resonate with target audiences, and propose a fresh pipeline for future management.
- Audit current creator selections to identify underperforming segments and specific subcultures where competitors are gaining market share.
- Deliver weekly reports, short briefings on viral trends, up and coming creators, meme archaeology, and audio life-cycles.
- Guide creator roundtables for target audiences to gather unfiltered feedback on competitive intel, feature requests, and general sentiment analysis.
